Recently, to implement the order for single-rotor online degassing filtration equipment signed between Henan Gangrun Technology Co., Ltd. and an Indian customer at the "2025 Shanghai International Aluminum Industry Exhibition" held in Shanghai on July 9, 2025, Manager Cao from Shanghai Import and Export Co., Ltd., along with Mr. Xie, the Purchasing Director of the Indian company, and a delegation of four people, visited our company for on-site inspection of equipment manufacturing. The purpose of this inspection was to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's core technology research and development, production manufacturing capabilities, and product quality control system, laying a foundation for further cooperation between both parties. The General Manager Zhang Yanping, Production Head Zhang Xiaohui, Technical Head Zheng Weifeng, and Design Director Yang Guangping of Henan Gangrun Technology Co., Ltd. accompanied the entire visit.

The inspection team first visited the refining agent production workshop. Under the introduction of General Manager Zhang Yanping, they observed the operation of the intelligent assembly line for molten granular refining agent batching, melting, condensation, crushing, granulation, and packaging in the refining workshop.

Inside the workshop, Mr. Xie, the Purchasing Director of the Indian company, frequently stopped to examine and understand the granular refining agent production process equipment, indicator parameters and performance characteristics, specifications of the single-rotor online degassing box lining, filtration box lining, casting temperature, degassing effect, equipment delivery period, etc. He had in-depth exchanges with the technical team on equipment processing accuracy, production efficiency, and customized production capabilities. They also reviewed the inspection report of the product applying this technology on-site and gave high praise to the product quality.

At the subsequent symposium, Production Head Zhang Xiaohui gave a detailed introduction via PPT about the development history, core products, and technological innovation achievements of Henan Gangrun Technology Co., Ltd. He focused on showcasing the recent breakthroughs in the research and development of equipment machinery in the fields of single-rotor, double-rotor, triple-rotor, and four-rotor online degassing filtration equipment. The company obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and environmental safety and health system certification in 2016. Mr. Xie, on behalf of the inspection team, shared the current production operations and global procurement layout and needs of the Indian company, expressing hope to explore in-depth cooperation with Henan Gangrun Technology Co., Ltd. in degassing filtration equipment, granular refining agents, and non-ferrous metal additives. Both parties had enthusiastic discussions on cooperation details such as product technical standards, delivery cycles, and after-sales service systems. They confirmed the technical plan and drawings for the single-rotor online degassing filtration equipment on-site and placed an additional order for double-rotor online degassing filtration equipment.
