1. Working Principle:
The working principle of the online plate filter equipment is that the liquid to be filtered (liquid or gas) is pumped into the filter tank and fills the tank. Under pressure, the liquid passes through the filter mesh and other filtering media, where solid particles or impurities are trapped by the mesh, gradually forming a filter cake. The filtered clear liquid then flows through the filter nozzle into the outlet pipe and exits the tank.
2. Equipment Purpose:
Mainly used for filtering and purifying aluminum and molten aluminum, carrying the filter plate to filter inclusions and fine particles in aluminum liquid. It is especially suitable for the production of high-purity, high-precision aluminum and aluminum alloys. It features high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, long service life, and strong acid resistance.
3. Core Advantages:
(1) The silicon carbide rod is made of high-purity silicon carbide material, with a normal operating temperature of 1450°C and continuous use up to 2200 hours. It has characteristics such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, long service life, and strong acid resistance.
(2) The equipment shell is made of welded steel plates, using advanced rust removal processes and corrosion-resistant coatings.
(3) Equipped with a lifting and rotating device, it is compact, highly precise, fully synchronized, has good self-locking performance, stability, and a stable structure.
(4) The lining material is fused quartz, characterized by low thermal expansion and good insulation. Fused quartz has excellent resistance to thermal shock, preventing deformation and cracking caused by repeated heating and cooling. Additionally, some materials that do not wet aluminum liquid are added to the lining to avoid contamination of the aluminum melt.
(5) For high-precision filtration, multiple ceramic foam filter plates can be used for multi-stage interception (10-60 PPI optional). Using 60 PPI filter plates achieves over 95% efficiency in filtering impurities larger than 30μm, suitable for purifying aluminum liquid and aluminum alloy melts.
(6) Low flow resistance structure: optimized flow channel design allows strong aluminum liquid permeability, reducing temperature drop and energy loss.
(7) Quick replacement system: uses an automatic cover opening method, significantly reducing downtime during plate replacement and improving production line continuity.

5. Equipment Operation Instructions
(1) Construct according to drawings and install the filter box combined with the corresponding size steel casting shell;
(2) Combine insulation boards on the sides and bottom to ensure the filter box is properly installed on the bottom layer of the steel casting shell;
(3) Ensure the entire filter box lining is clean, undamaged, and without gaps;
(4) Evenly preheat the installed and standardized filter box using electric baking and gas baking methods. No open flames should contact the walls; any damage caused will be the user's responsibility. Follow the baking curve standard, controlling the maximum temperature within 850°C to remove adsorbed crystalline water for safe and efficient use.
