Introduction
Used with the overall flow channel equipment for flow channel gate plates, the material is produced using new high-silicon fused material forming technology and N17 forming technology.
Purpose
Used for flow gating and flow control, facilitating stable casting parameters of metal melts, strong corrosion resistance, non-polluting to aluminum liquid, meeting the technical requirements for producing high value-added, high-performance aerospace, transportation, and other aluminum alloy precision casting products.
Advantages
Flow channel gate plates are applied in aluminum alloy casting for aluminum liquid flow gating and draining, used in conjunction with flow channels. Made using forming technology with materials of different densities, they have advantages such as abrasion resistance, impact resistance, thermal shock resistance, and smooth surface. When used with boron nitride coatings, the effect is better, extending the service life to 30-90 days.
1. The material is formed from two types: N17 and high-silicon fused material, with a density of 0.8-2.0 g/cm³. Pneumatic, electric, and manual gate plates can be made according to user requirements, offering high flexibility and better cooperation with flow channel gating and flow control;
2. Resistant to abrasion, impact, and thermal shock, with a smooth surface and no pollution to molten metal;
3. High operational flexibility, and can be equipped with metal pressing devices to extend service life, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction.
