Introduction
Our company has been professionally producing and selling gaskets, stop bars, and ears used in the casting and rolling aluminum sheet, strip, and foil production lines. These are used to support the distribution of the casting nozzle plate, ensuring the stability of the gasket, stop bar, ear, and casting nozzle plate quality. Applications
Gaskets and stop bars are assembled with the casting nozzle plate and used in the casting and rolling production line for the crystallization forming and dimensional control of aluminum sheet, strip, and foil billets. They are formed by vacuum filtration using high-purity fiber materials and processed with precision equipment. AdTech (Evans) gaskets and stop bars assembled with the casting nozzle plate are mainly used to adjust the uniformity of internal flow distribution, reducing temperature deviation of the internal molten metal. During the casting and rolling process, they effectively protect the internal structural layers of the rolled coils. The effect is even better when used with boron nitride coatings.
