Introduction
Our company's flow control box is assembled with the flow controller to uniformly control the flow rate of molten metal during casting and rolling. The flow control box is used between the supporting nozzle plate splitter and the movable flow trough, for the crystallization molding and size control of aluminum plate, strip, and foil billets in the casting and rolling production line. The flow control box is made using high-silicon fused material forming technology, which provides certain corrosion resistance, non-stickiness to aluminum, and does not pollute the molten aluminum. During the casting and rolling process, it effectively protects the internal structure layer stability of the cast-rolled coil, meeting the technical requirements for producing high value-added, high-performance micron-grade aluminum foil raw materials and PS board base aluminum for printing.
Application
