Product Description
1. The integral trough is divided into: insulated trough and integral fixed trough.
2. The integral trough equipment features a lining with an ultra-long service life, made using a new high-silicon fused material forming technology. It has strong corrosion resistance, is non-stick to aluminum, and does not pollute the aluminum melt, meeting the production technology requirements for high value-added and high-performance aluminum products.
3. The integral trough equipment is installed between the furnace and the casting machine, providing conveying and insulation functions. It is mainly used for aluminum liquid transportation suitable for aerospace, transportation, and other aluminum alloy precision casting melting furnaces, purification furnaces, casting platforms, and external degassing and filtering processes.
4. The integral trough lining has high strength, is resistant to thermal shock and erosion, and has a smooth surface.
5. The integral trough lining has strong corrosion resistance to aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloys, improving the performance of molten metal transfer equipment and extending the service life of special alloys.
6. During use, the temperature drop of the molten metal in the integral trough is controlled within 2°C per meter.
7. The integral trough includes: steel outer shell of the box, trough lining, trough insulation and heat insulation board materials, and an optional insulated cover for the trough.
