Product Description
The dross remover is a white (slightly gray) powdery fine granule, mainly composed of chlorides and fluorides, along with other compounds. After appropriate heating treatment and screening, the particle size is uniform. It can be sprayed using a refining tank containing gas or manually sprinkled directly onto the surface of the molten metal, then evenly stirred to separate impurities. It is both environmentally friendly and economical, meeting the production requirements of high value-added, high-performance aluminum alloy precision castings for aerospace, transportation, and other industries.

1. The dross remover is developed based on the principle of metal liquid compound combination, reducing smoke and burn loss, featuring environmental protection and economy.
2. It has a moderate melting point, good fluidity, and requires a small amount of metal liquid, using 1-2kg per ton.
3. It effectively separates aluminum from dross, greatly reducing the amount of aluminum liquid lost during dross removal.
Instructions for Use
1. Weigh the dross remover according to the amount of melted aluminum. Before removing dross, evenly sprinkle the required amount of dross remover on the dross, gently tap or stir electronically (or manually) to fully mix and trigger physical and chemical reactions, turning the floating dross into loose dry dross, reducing aluminum content and loss.
2. Recommended dosage: Sodium-free dross remover 1-2kg per ton of aluminum; sodium-containing dross remover 1-2kg per ton of aluminum.
