Product Application
This product is suitable for increasing the copper (Cu) element content when configuring aluminum products, as a substitute for aluminum-copper intermediate alloys, with the following advantages:
- High product yield, greater than 95%.
- Low-temperature rapid dissolution, completely melts within 20 minutes above 720°C.
- Easy storage and simple operation.
Usage Instructions
- After the aluminum has completely melted, stir the molten aluminum up and down to evenly distribute the temperature.
- Measure the temperature of the molten aluminum, which should be at least above 720°C.
- Once the temperature is reached, remove the surface slag and add the required amount of additive.
- After standing for 10 minutes, stir evenly for 5 minutes, then take a sample for testing.
- After refining and slag removal, casting can be performed.
