Product Application

This product is suitable for increasing the titanium (Ti) element content when configuring aluminum products, to replace aluminum-titanium intermediate alloys, with the following advantages:

1. High actual product yield, greater than 95%.

2. Rapid dissolution at low temperature, completely melted within 20 minutes above 720°C.

3. Easy storage and simple operation.

Usage Method

1. After the aluminum melts completely, stir the aluminum liquid up and down to make the temperature uniform throughout.

2. Measure the temperature of the aluminum liquid, which should be at least above 720°C.

3. After reaching the temperature, remove the surface slag and add the required amount of additive.

4. After standing for 10 minutes, stir evenly for 5 minutes, then take a sample for testing.

5. After refining and slag removal, casting can be performed.
