3. Operating Procedures
1. Open the gas source valve of the spraying machine, adjust the inlet air pressure so that the pressure gauge on the operation panel indicates 0.08~0.1MPa, adjust the pressure regulating valve inside the machine box so that the pressure gauge on the valve reads 0.02~0.03MPa, and check whether the air circuit is unobstructed.
2. Turn on the power switch inside the operation box.
3. Adjust the feed speed control knob to the appropriate position and set the time relay.
4. Press the start button. The motor starts running, and the time relay begins timing.
5. When the purification spraying time is up, the motor automatically stops running, and there will be an alarm prompt on the operation panel.
6. Turn off the equipment power, then close the gas source valve. This spraying cycle is complete. For the next spraying, repeat the above operations.
4. Operating Precautions
1. Operating principle: first open carbon tetrachloride, then open gas; first close carbon tetrachloride, then close gas.
2. Must strictly follow the operating procedures, otherwise normal use may be affected.
3. When using for the first time, turn on the power first, let the motor run for 5~10 seconds to fill the liquid in the pipeline.
4. Before each use of the spraying pipe, the outer surface must be coated with paint to prevent corrosion by molten aluminum; remove deposits on the inner wall of the front end to keep the pipeline unobstructed. Do not use spraying pipes that are severely deformed due to bumps or squeezing.
5. When adjusting the feed speed control knob (on the motor inside the machine box), turn gently without applying excessive force. After adjustment, the range can be fixed by the locking bolt next to the knob; pay extra attention to protection when cleaning the equipment to avoid damage.
6. The recommended pressure for refining gas is 0.08~0.1MPa (specific to the factory conditions).
7. The equipment uses single-phase AC220V power supply.
8. Since this equipment is mobile, regularly check the wiring to avoid affecting normal use.
9. During use, pay attention to whether the motor is running normally.
5. Equipment Maintenance
1. Must keep the equipment clean and hygienic, frequently clean, especially inside the machine box, electrical parts, and discharge port.
2. During use, dangerous voltage may be present; even when not running, the power input line and motor terminals may still carry dangerous voltage. Maintenance can only be performed after turning off the power switch.
